Please be aware that there can be some colour differences between the item you receive and the product image on the website. The colours visible on the screen will vary depending on the lighting, camera, and settings, whereas the actual colour relies on cloth dyes and the weather. Hence the minor difference.

Embroidery:

There may be very minor discrepancies in embroidery, patchwork, and threadwork. It strengthens this wonderful piece's singular attractiveness. To prevent abrasion, wash the item with the inside out.

Woven:

Missing yarn, slubs, and uneven yarn contrasts are common occurrences in woven products; these are unavoidable results and fundamental aspects of the weaving process that give the style its peculiarity.

Hand Prints:

Hand-printed items contain slight defects that distinguish them apart and make them one-of-a-kind. The traditional dyeing and printing processes may cause little colour leakage on the first wash. Because these are not machine printed, the designs have a certain rawness to them that adds to the beauty of your customised outfit.

Beads & Sequins:

While our artisans and tailors work tirelessly to construct each piece, the ones with beads and sequins are always the most difficult. Even with the utmost care, beads and sequins have a tendency to fall off the fabric. A few beads or sequins missing have no effect on the overall appearance of the outfit and are unnoticeable even under close inspection. So don't be afraid to shine!

1. Typically, it takes 3-5 business days to ship your order.
2. Orders that are customised may require an extra 3–4 working days. You will receive email notifications with the tracking information once your product has been shipped.
3. For Indian postal codes, delivery takes a maximum of 8 to 12 working days.

Products are eligible for exchange only in case of defect. Parcel opening video is must.
